1. Scope and Validity

These general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between the company LAMPERT GmbH and their customers resident in Liechtenstein and Switzerland. The term “customer” in this context means consumer. These terms and conditions apply only to purchases by end consumers. Separate GTC apply to B2B purchases.

 

2. Offers and Conclusion of Contract

All product information, descriptions, and listed prices are provided without guarantee. Availability and errors are excepted. The presentation of products on this website is for informational purposes and does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an inquiry or placing an order via our contact forms, the customer expresses intent to purchase. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by LAMPERT GmbH.

 

3. Orders, Shipping, and Delivery

• Cigars are delivered directly from our Liechtenstein warehouse to the end customer, if in stock.

• Minimum order quantity: 25 individual cigars.

• Shipping costs (CHF):

  • Up to CHF 149 → CHF 9

  • Over CHF 150 → Free shipping

• Shipments are intended for personal use only and not for commercial purposes, unless a separate agreement has been made with LAMPERT GmbH.

 

4. Payment

Payment is made by advance payment, debit card or credit card (MAESTRO, VISA or AMEX). The goods remain the property of LAMPERT GmbH until payment has been made in full.

As the seller, LAMPERT GmbH expressly reserves the right to change the terms of payment in individual cases. The seller also reserves the right to no longer enter into a business relationship with insolvent buyers and those who have not fulfilled their payment obligations or have fulfilled them too late or have otherwise behaved dishonestly.

 

5. Right of Return / Cancellation Policy

LAMERT GmbH sells products from nature, which are created partly or entirely by hand and are therefore subject to certain natural variations. Our return and withdrawal policy is as follows:

• Single cigars or openly shipped cigars are not taken back or exchanged.

• The right of withdrawal is excluded for cigars that:

  • Are made to customer specifications

  • Are clearly tailored to personal needs

  • Are not suitable for return due to their nature

  • Can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded

• For other products (excluding single cigars, individual productions, or openly packed cigars), the buyer may return them within 7 days from delivery.

• Returns are only accepted if the items are:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In the original packaging

  • In perfect condition

• The buyer must inform LAMPERT GmbH immediately, within seven days, about the return.

• Reduced or sale items cannot be returned.

 

6. Data Protection

LAMPERT GmbH uses your customer information exclusively for internal use and does not pass it on to third parties.

 

7. Protection of Minors

LAMPERT GmbH does not sell tobacco products and alcohol to young people under the age of 21. With the purchase of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages, the buyer confirms to be 21 years or older.

 

8. Health Disclaimer

By purchasing cigars and tobacco products, the buyer confirms that he is aware of the risks involved in smoking. LAMPERT GmbH cannot be held responsible for any damage to health.

 

9. Changes to the Terms

LAMPERT GmbH reserves the right to change the GTC at any time. The current version of the GTC is available on lampertcigars.com and is currently in the version of 01.11.2025. For the buyer, the GTC accepted at the time of his order.

 

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Liechtenstein law is applicable. Place of jurisdiction is Vaduz. The Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
